Centre Spot has designed a brand new programme called FOUNDATIONS, with the aim of inspiring children and giving them the opportunity to be physically active, and develop them

physically, mentally, and socially. We firmly believe that by providing the right experiences for children at a very young age, they will develop a habit for, and remain active throughout their lives.

WHAT IS FOUNDATIONS?

 FOUNDATIONS is a unique and exciting new programme focusing on Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 age groups. FOUNDATIONS is designed to give nursery and primary school children the core basic skills that will stand them in good stead for later life. Our team of specialist coaches are DBS Checked and trained in delivering bespoke sessions that establish and enhance techniques, in an environment that is safe, challenging and ultimately, fun!

FOUNDATIONS operates a full working day model. We know that each school is different, so we will work with you to create a bespoke cover for all your needs.

FOUNDATIONS

Our physical activity sessions are delivered using a variety of sports and physical activities, adapted to suit each age group. Sports and physical activities include Dance, Football, Fundamental Movement Games, Multi Sports, and Fun Games.

We will work closely with schools and nurseries to create a bespoke offer based on our high quality physical education provision, with varied and creative extracurricular support from the following list.
